Product Owner – Maternity cover 6-12 months

We are looking for a Product Owner for a maternity cover to join us for 6 up to 12 months with the chance to progress within the company.

A taste of what you’ll do 
The Product Owner is responsible for building product and feature requirements for our roadmap’s upcoming projects and is an important asset in their delivery to our players.

• Define and develop clear product and feature requirements aligned with the product roadmap. 

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect, analyse, and validate all business and technical requirements. 

• Work with product designers to ensure all features are conceptualized and designed effectively. 

• Translate business needs into structured development requirements and ensure readiness for sprint planning. 

• Maintain organized product and design documentation while driving projects from concept through delivery. 

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, player behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape. 

• Incorporate insights from players, colleagues, analytics, and QA teams to optimize future releases and recommend innovative enhancements. 

• Identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI solutions to boost the quality, speed, and efficiency of daily operations. 

• Ensure features adhere to applicable regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across relevant jurisdictions. 

• Support data-driven decision-making through KPIs, experimentation, and continuous performance evaluation. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, BI) to deliver high-impact product iterations.

Who and what we are after? 
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment. 

• Demonstrated ability to implement AI tools or workflow automations that achieved measurable operational improvements. 

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management best practices. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail. 

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to guide product decisions. 

• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.  

• Ability to generate new ideas, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic product improvements. 

• Previous experience in iGaming—casino, sportsbook, platform provider, or game supplier—is considered a strong plus.
