A teste of what you’d do:
As our Senior Legal & Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that Immense Group operates within all legal frameworks and maintains the highest standards of integrity across markets. Your work will span both Legal Affairs and Compliance Management, and your voice will be a strategic one across departments.

Legal

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, partnerships, IP rights, dispute resolution, and corporate governance
• Support M&A, investor relations, and regulatory reporting as needed
• Ensure clear and enforceable agreements with suppliers, affiliates, and B2B partners
• Draft, review, and maintain customer-facing terms & conditions and internal policies
• Anticipate legal risks, monitor developments, and guide senior leadership accordingly

Compliance

• Oversee regulatory compliance in licensed and grey markets, including gaming regulations, AML/CFT, licensing, data protection, and responsible gambling
• Coordinate internal risk assessments and ensure controls are in place to manage regulatory, fraud, and privacy risks
• Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training across departments
• Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Monitor and guide the business on regulatory changes, working closely with Legal, Product, Fraud, Payments, and other key teams

This is a senior, hands-on role that requires sound legal judgment, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels. Who we’re looking for

• Law degree required, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior legal/compliance role — preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated environments
• Deep understanding of commercial law, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance
• Solid grasp of GDPR, AML/CFT, licensing, and safer gambling regulations
• Strategic thinker who can simplify complex legal topics for stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, confident in stakeholder management
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset
